Hi Everyone,
It's that time of year again - Good Friday approaches!!
And once again I get the great pleasure of singing Pergolesi's beautiful baroque setting of the Stabat Mater with Soprano, Carol Menke, accompanied by Marylin Thompson on the organ. The Pergolesi is the entire service - no mass - no message - just the music from beginning to end with short translated readings of the Latin text we will be singing. We sing from the choir loft out into the wonderful acoustic of St. Vincent's Church in Petaluma. Hope to see you there!!
Happy Spring,
Chris
